About Us The Bead Sisters™ create quality fashion jewelry that is beautiful and fun to wear. We use fine Austrian Swarovski crystals, handmade glass beads from Murano (Italy), beads from Japan, Germany and the Czech Republic, as well as domestically produced art glass. Our jewelry is made entirely in our studios in California by The Bead Sisters™. You can be proud to give our jewelry as a gift or hand it down to your loved ones or friends and will be remembered for life.

Please include the following information in your email: 1. Your company name, type of business, i.e., retail store, designer, gallery, etc. and a little about what you do (for example you exhibit in art festivals, or you own a shop). By understanding your business, we hope to serve you better.
2. Your address, phone number, fax number and contact for the business.
3. Your resale license number or for states that do not require a resale license, a current business name registration issued by that state and a local business permit are requested. Once your status is accepted, we will ask for a hard copy of license.
Return/Exchange Policy
The Bead Sisters™ stand behind the quality of our products. We realize there may be some uncertainty with sizes and colors when ordering via the internet so we make every effort to represent our products with integrity. Any items for return must be sent back to The Bead Sisters™ within 15 business days. All products must be in the same condition it was in when sent to you. Please send an email or call to explain your reason for return.
Exchanges are available up to 30 days, as long as items for exchange are unused and in the original condition as when first shipped to you.
